Profiled steel panels, Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 Floropon factory applied finish in a variety of colors with a white underside

Screws:

Zinc plated carbon steel with metal and neoprene washer

Design Loads:

Live load 30 PSF, horizontal load 25 PSF, uplift wind 25 PSF

Carport Fabrication

We fabricate all of our own structural steel components in our Michigan based plant. This assures the highest quality control, short production lead times and the most economical production methods.

Classic Carports uses the highest grade all-metal construction to insure the carports, garageports and other metal storage structures we build are solid, secure, and meet or exceed zoning requirements.

All Classic Carport structures are designed manufactured and installed to exacting standards and are engineered for high wind and heavy snow loads and are perfect for all types of environments and applications. Design loads are a minimum of: live load to 30 PSF, horizontal load to 25 PSF and uplift wind to 25 PSF. All Classic Carport structures are designed and treated to prevent rust and economically provide long life.
